ABOUT THE COTTAGE
Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor and there are three bedrooms on the second floor,
one on the lower. The large dock provides the entry point to the water, which is about 4 feet deep off the dock.
The garage is 20' by 26' and there is lots of parking. The lot is natural woodlands with some professionally
landscaped areas. The cottage is easily accessed just a short distance off highway 69 and there is lots to do in
the area, Port Carling and Bala are just a short drive away. Children's play area with swing set. Exposure is East.
LOCATION & DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Just 2 hours from the Toronto area - a short distance off Hwy.
# 169, 5 minutes south of Foot's Bay, and 20 minutes from Port Carling.
