Just outside the town of Port Alberni on Vancouver Island you will find Lakewoods Bed and Breakfast. Situated on beautiful Sproat Lake, there is lots to explore during your stay. Plan a full day of west coasting aboard the MV Francis Barkley as they travel down the Alberni Inlet to Bamfield and through the picturesque Broken Islands Group to Ucluelet. We are about 1 1/2 hours from Ucluelet by auto, where you can spend the day whale watching or strolling on the beach at Pacific Rim National Park. The many forest hiking trails, souvenir shops, galleries and restaurants will fill your day. Bedroom #1 is on the lower level of the house and was recently remodeled. The huge windows overlook the garden area and beautiful Sproat Lake. This room has a queen-size bed and shares the full bathroom with bedroom #2. Bedroom #2 is located on the east side of the house. The view features just a glimpse of Sproat Lake.
