ABOUT THIS REGION  FLY IN FISHING CAMPS - LAKES

'Fly-in' lake trout & pike fishing at remote camp

Experience remote lake fishing in the untamed wilderness of Northern Manitoba. Fully equipped remote lake fishing outpost camps allow you the freedom of choosing your own fishing hours. You can fish all day and have dinner at sunset, which may be after midnight, in this land of the midnight sun. There are four lakes in the region (Wolf, Jordan, LeClair, and Chipewyan) offering trophy northern pike, walleye and some offer arctic grayling and lake trout as well.

Once you have experienced the fishing and comfortable camp, you will have trouble convincing yourself to travel anywhere else for fly-in fishing. Chipewyan Lake is the northern most lodge located on the South Seal River system and is also the newest camp. Chipewyan Lake has access to 4 lakes including Otter, Loon, Trout and Fox, as well as the South Seal River to the north. Northern Pike, Walleye, Lake Trout and Arctic Grayling bound here in great numbers and great size! LeClair Lake is the true beginning of the South Seal River system and is adjoined to Big Sand Lake at the very most southern end. Best know for consistently producing Manitoba's Top Northern Pike every year, LeClair Lake has access to 3 excellent lakes all of which have hundreds of great shallow bays and weed beds. Wolf Lake is located at the north end of Big Sand Lake, where the South Seal River picks up its name. Best known for quality Northern Pike and Walleye action, the South Seal River also features some of the best Arctic Grayling action in Manitoba!
