ABOUT THIS REGION  WHITEWATER RAFTING

Day of whitewater rafting the Tatshenshini River

Spend a day whitewater rafting the Tatshenshini River on your next visit to the Yukon. These one day trips on the upper canyon of the Tatshenshini River are run from June through to mid to late August. This is an extremely exciting paddle trip (Grade II to IV) and is very popular with both locals and visitors. The upper Tatshenshini is located on the Haines Road, a 2.5 - 3 hour ride from Whitehorse - an extremely scenic drive in itself.
