Road tour of the best of the Yukon and Alaska

Travel by van through one of the world's most remarkable wilderness regions and come and explore Canada's Yukon and America's Alaska on this exciting camping or hotel sightseeing road tour. Discover the land of the midnight sun, the land of rivers, deep blue lakes and magnificent alpine scenery. Your road tour starts in Whitehorse where you will have a chance to visit some of the local museums. From Whitehorse you will begin your journey west towards Haines Junction. This is Kluane Country and you will have a chance to explore beautiful Kluane National Park. Then it is over the border into Alaska where you will visit the towns of Tok, Valdez and Anchorage. During your journey through Alaska you will observe the impressive scenery of the Wrangell Mountains, view glaciers, wildlife and visit Denali National Park. From here, it is a quick trip to Fairbanks and then back over the border to Dawson City and the home of the Klondike. You will relive the gold rush days as you visit historical sites and take a tour of a real active gold mine. Finally, you will be returned to Whitehorse for departure home.

Equipment Provided: Airport transfers, park fees, train transfer, ferry ride, campground fees, tents and camping equipment.
Transportation: Trips originate and end in Whitehorse, Yukon. Price includes all ground transportation on the tour as well as ferry costs and train transfers. Transportation arrangements to Whitehorse are available.
Accommodations: In tent campsites along the route or in standard hotels.
Meal Information: Camp food and meals are not included.
Guide Information: Expert guidance on the whole trip.
Weather Information: Summer temperatures average between 10-22 degrees Celsius.
