Backcountry lodge ride into Banff National Park

The lodges are true backcountry accommodations, and are located on the original sites of the very first cabins built in the area. In the 1920s these cabins were used as refuge for mountain guides and packers travelling to Mount Assiniboine. Today the original buildings still stand on these sites as remembrances of years gone by.
