Team Initiatives programming offers an exciting and memorable teambuilding opportunity for corporate groups. It has teams addressing unique initiatives that are all framed and debriefed to meet the specific needs of your Group. And they can be facilitated inside or out! Teams are offered a variety of low impact initiatives that have them moving, creating, building and climbing. And all at ground level! Facilitators use everything from buckets, tools and ropes to carpet squares, bridges and bungy's. Your team will have the opportunity to experience some things they probably thought they'd never try, all while supported by the Team. And there is role for everyone to play! The professional team of Facilitators makes sure your programs is designed and presented to meet the needs and challenge expectations of every participant in your group. Whether they are trust activities with a physical base, or strategic initiatives that require team planning and process, all offerings work toward building the effectiveness of teams through the development of interpersonal communication. The strengths and focus areas of this type of program include areas such as: Goal setting, Team Work, Communication, Support, Celebration of Successes, Addressing Challenge, Brainstorming and Sharing of Ideas, Problem Solving, Risk-Taking, Risk Management and more... When we frame programs we build around some or all of these focus areas, depending on your actual goals and needs.
