If your goal is to inspire excellence in your executive team, the resort facilitators have the formula. The great outdoors, as a natural workshop for team building, has been around since Joan of Arc drilled her armies for combat readiness. This stellar and slightly decadent resort, with its 30,000 square mile helicopter accessed playground, brings together a magical outdoor amphitheater, professional facilitators and guides along with members of corporate teams desiring to create a new beginning for themselves and their colleagues. Having fun, while achieving a desired outcome, is something they take very seriously! To achieve personal satisfaction, work with the resort team to create the perfect series of personal testing adventures. Take control of a raft floating down pristine glacial waters, where you will find the home of majestic cedars, bald eagles, grizzly bear, salmon, trout, otter and a host of aquatic birds. Take time to reconnect with your corporate team. Reflect on your past achievements and future necessities and endeavours. The waters will purify your spirit and revitalize your being. Your outdoor adventure vacation will continue via private helicopter enabling you to travel to yet another marvel - the white sand beaches of the Pacific Ocean on the northwest coast of Vancouver Island. Here you can eat lunch as the blue waters of the Pacific wash your feet and the sun warms your very soul. Spend time sharing the excitement of your accomplishments while discovering the treasures, which the secluded shorelines give up with each wave that settles on the sand. Fly off to mountain alpine and diamond blue glaciers of the Coast Range Mountains for your next challenge. This is as close to heaven as you could possibly walk, and there is no limitation to your imagination. Take this time to develop a corporate mission statement as you are gifted with a new perspective. You will fly to places that few have gone before, face to face with cloud level mountain goats, flying over bear and moose, to discover the Paint Pot, Silver Throne and Twin Lakes that will live forever in your memory.

| Comments: Teambuilding programs are customized. Please contact us for details and rates. This resort takes great pride in being a low impact and environmentally sustainable operation. Water is a key element at Nimmo Bay. The snow pack on Mount Stevens supplies the resort with water for drinking, power, and domestic requirements. The resort’s guest accommodations, operational quarters and staff buildings are built on the water, along the forest edge, on a rocky promontory. Its presence has not impacted the surrounding forest or disturbed any of the wildlife habitat. Great care has been taken in developing the resort and its policies, from waste management to catch and release fishing. Visitors are happy to see that it operates in sync with the natural environment. |
