Corporate teambuilding and meeting retreat

If you are looking for a corporate retreat location close to Toronto, this resort offers the perfect getaway. This retreat offers a great way to hold a memorable and effective off-site meeting with complete privacy. With peaceful surroundings, beautiful grounds, luxurious accommodations, tasty meals, fully-equipped conference centre, intimate dialogue space, outstanding personal service and exclusivity for each group, this retreat will exceed your expectations. They specialize in accommodating small executive groups of 8-16.

Corporate teambuilding and meeting retreat

Suitable for groups of 8 or more, corporate groups enjoy exclusive use of the resort and its facilities. The corporate rates include deluxe accommodation with private baths; fully equipped meeting space with natural light; delicious health-conscious meals & snacks. Wine and snacks are complimentary and they have a help-yourself beer fridge.

Suggested Clothing: In the summer bring rain gear, hiking boots, comfortable walking shoes, jacket. In the winter bring winter coat, snowboots, warm underclothes, mitts.
Difficulty: Easy/Intermediate
Restrictions: 8 person minimum for all corporate retreats. Exclusive use of the facility with 8 or more people.
Maximum Number of People: 16
Equipment Provided: Exclusive use of the main house and barn, use of after dinner karaoke system. Use of conference equipment such as overhead projector and screen, Internet access, white boards and flip charts, hands-free phone, long distance plan, stereo with CD and cassette player. Fax, photocopying and digital camera available.
Transportation: This resort is located 90 minutes north of Pearson International Airport, Toronto. Allow two hours from downtown Toronto.
Accommodations: There are 13 guestrooms with private baths in the main house and conference centre building, plus a nearby newly renovated B&B for any overflow. Some rooms have wood burning fireplace, jacuzzi, wheel-chair accessible washroom and TV. Main meeting room has a boardroom that easily seats 16 people. Main house has oak floors, Indian carpets and lots of natural light. Common area has a guest library, gas fireplace and satellite TV. In the conference centre building there are common areas with a pool table and ping-pong table, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and satellite TV.
Meal Information: All meals and snacks are included during your stay. As well, wine is complimentary and there is a help-yourself beer fridge.
Weather Information: Summer temperatures will average from 15-25 degrees celsius. Winter temperatures will average from 0 to -15 degrees celsius.
Comments: This retreat is a not-for-profit organization. All proceeds from corporate retreats held at this resort are donated to FreeSchools World Literacy - aiming to break the cycle of ignorance and poverty through free education in the third world.
