In addition to fishing you have the option of including an exceptional photo air safari over the Torngat Mountain in your package. Combine exceptional Arctic char fishing with a spectacular flight from the Ungava Bay to the Labrador coast, taking in sights along the way. Included in this tour is a stop at the ghost town of Hebron. Imagine a German Ghost Town on the remote Labrador coast. A three mile walk through tundra terrain leads you to Hebron, a mysterious ghost town which was wiped out by a epidemic of Spanish influenza in 1918. Walk among the wooden buildings imported by steamboat from England and Germany and find an old church in sculpted wood, such as those observed in places of worship throughout Old Europe. Walking to the ghost town you will see caribou in their natural habitat. In between the rocks you will find a multitude of wild flowers taking advantage of the 20 hour daylight. Keep your eyes open and you will discover hundred year old rock cairns and burial sites. On you way to Hebron, you will fly along the Koroc River and Saglek Fjord to observe some impressive waterfalls, canyons and rock formations.
