Teambuilding activities in the Toronto area

A variety of teambuilding activities are available to suit your needs. Some of the more popular programs include SCAVENGER HUNT CHALLENGE: Your group will be split up into teams. Each team will be given a mission kit, which will include a set of clues. This activity is perfect to foster interaction between employees who do not typically work closely. To be successful the team must solve the clues revealing the destination and or venue to be visited, acquire the correct information, arcticles and photos and return to the designated location. GRAND PRIX CHALLENGE: Start your engines! This high speed team event can be run as a half day energizer or a full day rally! Your group will be randomly split into several teams at which time the challenge will be unveiled. In order to complete this challenge you and your team will have to build a vehicle which will be judged on function, design and creativity. Each group developes their team flag, racing suit and theme music. SEARCH AND RESCUE: The rescue team arrives at your meeting and requests your help in a search and rescue operation. Several members of your team have not returned to the base. The rescue team requires your assistance to locate and extract the missing team members. You will be organized into teams and given a designated search area. Once you have located one of the missing teammates you will have to assess the injuries and stabilize the victim. Then contact the rescue heros for extraction assistance. The group has realized success when all victims have been located and transported to medical assistance. HUMAN TRIVIAL PURSUIT: This creative spin on the board game includes a life size game board that your group members maneuver through to win pie peices of different coulors. The process starts off with each table being grouped with four or five other tables in the first round (tables to be identified by colour). Each table will designate a team member to become the game piece. Once all of the game pieces have assembled on the board then we dawn the appropriate apparel. Each team will roll the dice to determine playing order. All team members are encouraged to participate in determining the answer but the team member on the board must state the final answer to the judges. Questions may include some Canadiana trivia as well as questions specific to your industry or company. Once the team has been awarded a piece of pie they must elect a new team representative. The first team to collect all pie pieces and answer the final trivia question in the center of the board wins. The topics will vary in the same way the original version has varied in terms of category. Points will be awarded for time, creativity and accuracy. Awards can be arranged for the winning and placing teams as well as most creative and interesting photos. This corporate scavenger hunt can be provided for most cities, towns and resorts.
