ABOUT THIS REGION  CORPORATE TEAMBUILDING

Customized business teambuilding programs

As an agent of change, these teambuilding programs seek to enhance organizational performance by providing knowledge of group dynamics. This is accomplished through a process that blends proven group skills techniques with experiential learning. Our teambuilding program operators take great pride in their ability to facilitate the learning process and make it relevant to the client organization. Throughout the programs these experienced facilitators assist individuals to identify and work through elements that contribute to the achievement of individual and teams objectives. Our programs focus on the process, not the task, where activities are used as a medium to explore group dynamics. Our business programs provide an environment designed to develop interpersonal and group skills as well as a shared experience that will positively affect the dynamics of each participating organization.

Experiential learning is more effective than other forms of learning because it: Involves all of the senses. Thus by stimulating several senses during the experience the longevity and retention of the learning is increased. It brings concepts and theories to life by offering a forum to test those concepts. It allows participants to experience emotional involvement in the group objective. It permits people to learn on their own. People believe more in knowledge they have discovered themselves than in knowledge presented by others. An on-site challenge course consists of many high and low ropes course elements, providing facilitators with the greatest flexibility when selecting appropriate tasks to meet groups' specific objectives. Participants will increase their ability to: - Communicate openly and effectively - Co-operate with and support others - Adapt to new learning and change - Identify personal strengths - Bring creativity to problem solving - Develop leadership skills - See the potential for continuous learning.
