Experience some of the best snow in Canada on one of these multi-day snowmobile expeditions in eastern British Columbia. Choose from a hotel or condo-based package in town or go for a more adventurous backcountry experience. Stay in a local 4 star hotel or condo facility in the towns of Invermere, Panorama or Radium and enjoy 3 or 5 days of guided snowmobiling through some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the Rockies. Each day your guide will take you out on a full day sledding adventure and each evening you will return to a comfortable hotel or condo in town. Here you will have access to a fitness centre, hotsprings, day spa and restaurants and lounges. These packages are the perfect combination of a mountain adventure and relaxing nightlife.

For the experienced sledder try the 5 day backcountry tour. Experience five powder-filled days exploring the backcountry of the Canadian Rockies. This trip is the adventurers dream! Five days of Deep Mountain powder and four nights of cozy lodge accommodation make this a trip of a lifetime. It's your chance to go where few have gone before and to try something that you have only dreamed of! For something tamer, the three day two night backcounty trip is an all-inclusive wilderness wonder and is a perfect family getaway. There are four beautiful duplex style log cabins with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. Each unit has a sleeping capacity of six adults, with a total sleeping capacity of twenty-four. These cabins were designed with the idea that today's outdoor enthusiast can enjoy the rustic look of a wilderness cabin with the modern conveniences we have all come to expect. The cabins are also surrounded by a large meadow that makes the setting very safe for small children to have some freedom while still in view of their parents. Many of the sled trails are a single and double track routes that have splendid alpine views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains with plenty of safe play areas.

Suggested Items: Camera, daypack, sunglasses, sunscreen.
Suggested Clothing: Clothing to suit a variety of winter weather conditions. Snow suit, snow boots, fleece underclothes, gloves, hat.
Difficulty: Easy/Intermediate
Maximum Number of People: 30
Equipment Provided: Snowmobiles, snowsuits, boots, helmet, insurance. Gas and oil included on the backcountry tours.
Transportation: Trips originate and end in Panorama Village, near Invermere or Radium Hotsprings, British Columbia. Shuttle from Calgary, Alberta, airport is available for an extra cost.
Accommodations: Accommodations for multi day trips are in a comfortable backcountry lodge or hotels.
Meal Information: Lunches included on the hotel based tours. Additional meals purchased at the local restaurants. All meals included on the backcountry tours.
Guide Information: 3 or 5 days of guided snowmobiling.
Weather Information: This area enjoys moderate winter temperatures and lots of snow. Average temperatures range between -5 and -20 degrees Celsius.
